What a brilliant idea.We've just started using a reward chart. I say just, it's been up a week, as yet still bare!
Well this is actually the school doing it. They have to read 10 pages or more a day at home, we sign it and at morning assembly they get a t-shirt when they reach 5000 pages given by the headmaster:) She was very proud....
