The Daddy's post.....
.... Might end up being the only one he ever does on here, lets see what you think!
Guest post by: The Daddy!
Well after years of oddparent begging me to enlighten the world with my knowledge, I decided to agree!
We had a conversation the other night where I told her about the phenomenon of 'Six degrees of separation' which is the idea that everyone is on average approximately six steps away from any other person on Earth.
This idea sounds ridiculous at first, but as an example, I am just 3 steps away from Queen Elizabeth II. I met someone yesterday who has met the Queen of Denmark, who in turn knows Queen Elizabeth II. And how about this: I am 4 steps away from Brad Pitt (much to the hapiness and joy of oddparent!). My best friend knew Chris Martin from Coldplay before his fame, who is married to Gwyneth Paltrow, who was engaged to Brad Pitt!
My ultimate connection is Me to Diego Maradona (the greatest footballer of all time... after me!). 5 steps! I went to school with a guy who knew John Hartson, who played with Tony Adams, who played with and against Gary Lineker who... yes you guessed it, played on the same pitch when Maradona did this:

What a genius! And Maradona was ok too ;-)

Uncle has a new song out there....
Listen and enjoy! It's brilliant and the video is amazing! You're welcome to share it if you like what you see and hear!
We're off to the cinema in a minute... Mormor is coming to look after the princess and little man.
We're watching "We need to talk about Kevin" I loved the book and can't wait to see the film.
Have you read the book? Or seen the film?

A burning ring of fire.....
As we do nearly every dinnertime, we were listening to music yesterday. The Ipod just play songs randomly, the little man's favourite song comes on. Johnny Cash, Ring of fire. Yes, I know... not the most obvious choice for a 4 year old but a good one though!!
The chorus starts like this "I fell into a burning ring of fire".
The little man shakes his head (in disbelief) and says:
"If I fell into a ring if fire I would die!"
He continues to eat his dinner!

We're back home and Easter is over.....
Well, kind of because look at all these Easter Eggs the princess and little man have brought back from Nana and Papa's. This year we could bring them all back in the car. Only just though as the car was packed to the rafters!
Again we had a lovely time on the boat, going back home to Denmark. We relaxed in the cabin, drinking tea, reading, watching movies on the computer and playing Super Mario Brothers!
We went outside to wave goodbye to England. We'll be back at Christmas! Then to the play area where the princess reluctantly let the little man drive first....
Today it was back to reality! School, nursery, work and a big pile of holiday laundry.....!

England here we are...
A bit of wind made the boat rock a bit but we slept from it all. The princess and little man were very excited as were the daddy and I!
Today was shopping day...!! Tomorrow we're off to London to the science museum and to visit some good friends.
